3.3 Single Account Policy. Each natural person may register and maintain only one (1) ph1365 Account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph1365 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify ph1365 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ph1365 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access that arises from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.3 Account Verification (KYC). ph1365 is obligated to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Verification typically requires submission of one (1) valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as a Passport, PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's Licence, or SSS/GSIS ID) and a recent selfie. ph1365 may request additional documentation at its discretion.
4.4 Account Dormancy. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. ph1365 reserves the right to deduct an administrative fee from dormant account balances in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations, after providing the Player with written notice.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph1365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, and InstaPay. All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). ph1365 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to accounts not registered in your own name.
5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. The minimum deposit is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and player verification tier and are displayed at the point of transaction.
5.3 Deposit Processing. GCash, Maya, and GrabPay deposits are credited to your ph1365 wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically credited within 15 to 30 minutes, subject to the processing schedule of your banking institution.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC completion. Approved withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within approximately 15 minutes. 5.5 Source of Funds. 6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by ph1365 are subject to wagering requirements and any additional terms stated in the specific promotion's terms and conditions. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Before any bonus or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn, the Player must wager the applicable amount the number of times specified in the promotion. 6.3 Bonus Abuse. ph1365 takes bonus integrity seriously. The following actions constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all related winnings, as well as potential account suspension:
6.4 Expiry. All bonuses expire after the period specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds and associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically without notice.
7.1 Finality of Bets. Once confirmed, bets placed on the ph1365 Platform are final and binding. You may not cancel, modify, or reverse a confirmed bet except where ph1365 expressly provides a cash-out or bet-cancellation feature applicable to the specific bet type.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or betting market at the time of wagering. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum may be voided at ph1365's discretion.
7.3 Void Bets. ph1365 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a manifest pricing or technical error occurred; (b) the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed; (c) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms; or (d) the integrity of the event or game is compromised by fraud, match-fixing, or other external interference.
7.4 RNG Certification. All slot games and fixed-odds casino games offered on the ph1365 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent testing laboratories. 10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph1365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of gaming opportunity, loss of potential winnings, or data loss.
10.3 Force Majeure. ph1365 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, network failures, or natural disasters.
ph1365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By using the ph1365 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
ph1365 will use your personal data — including your name, mobile number, date of birth, payment details, and gaming activity — solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with regulatory obligations, and delivering the services you have requested. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

13.3 Balance Upon Closure. Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, ph1365 may, at its discretion, withhold any balance pending investigation. Any balance confirmed as legitimately won from real-money deposits may be returned to the Player's verified payment method after investigation, less any bonuses or winnings derived from bonus play that are subject to forfeiture.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising out of or relating to your use of the ph1365 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.
